How To Download
Getting started is easy.
You can download your free 7-Minute Reset right away — and if you’d like even more support, you’ll also have the option to grab the full Resetly System for just $9.
Step 1: Sign up with your email

Step 4: Upgrade to the Resetly System

Step 2: Check your inbox
Within a few minutes, you’ll receive an email from us with the subject line:
“Your 7 Minute Reset”
If you don’t see it right away, check your spam folder.
Step 5: Save your files
· On desktop/laptop: Right-click the file and select Save As.
· On phone/tablet: Tap the download icon and choose Save to Files.
Step 3: Download your free reset
Inside the email, click the Download Now button. Your 7 Minute Reset will open as a PDF that you can save to your device.
Step 6: Start your reset
Your resources are ready whenever you are. Use the free 7-minute reset on its own — or dive into the full system if you’ve chosen to upgrade. Either way, you’ll have everything you need to begin your reset today
