It’s easy to drift through the day reacting to everything around us. The Day of Intentionality is a reminder to pause, focus, and choose how you spend your time. Intentional living isn’t about doing everything perfectly — it’s about doing what matters most to you, consistently.



Step 1: Reflect on Your Priorities

Begin by asking yourself:

  • What truly matters to me today?

  • Which tasks align with my values or goals?

  • Where can I add small moments of calm and joy?

Tip: Keep a simple priority list for the day. Limit yourself to 3–5 non-negotiable tasks.


Step 2: Plan Mindful Breaks

Intentional living includes pauses that reset your mind:

  • Step outside for 2 minutes of fresh air

  • Do a mini reset (stretch, deep breath, gratitude note)

  • Reflect for 5 minutes before starting your next task


Step 3: Close Your Day with Reflection

End the day with a short reflection:

  • What did I accomplish intentionally today?

  • How did I feel during my resets?

  • What can I carry forward tomorrow?

This builds clarity, focus, and reinforces intentional habits over time.
