Write down everything that’s cluttering your thoughts right now — tasks, worries, random ideas. Clear it all onto paper or a digital note.
Step 3: Focus Choice
From your list, circle ONE thing that matters most right now. Commit to focusing only on that for the next 20 minutes.
Step 4: Mini Reset Action
